Catonsville Rancher

The owners of this property didn’t know where to begin with the amount of work that needed to be done. A large clean out and furniture removal was the first challenge we had to overcome. We completely renovated this 1960’s home in Catonsville back to a place the owners could feel proud of including a full kitchen remodel, two baths, hardwood floors, new boiler system, electrical service, landscaping and all the finishing touches. We were happy to see it sell to a first time home buyer who was excited about the house and looked forward to enjoying it for many years.

The owners of this home wanted to transform their outdated bathroom into a luxurious, spa-like escape they could enjoy every day. Working within their budget, we modernized the layout, upgraded fixtures, and incorporated high-end finishes to create a sleek yet timeless design. Now, they have a beautifully refreshed bathroom that enhances their daily living experience and brings lasting value to their home.

A real estate investor was ready to take advantage of the hot real estate market and sell this rental property. We reviewed the improvements needed with the owner to get this one sold for top dollar and we were off and running. A quick turnover was completed on all three levels including the kitchen and baths. We understood the numbers and utilized our experience to help investors make profitable decisions.

A family home turned rental was in need of renovation. The owners were ready to invest in the property to bring back the charm to their family home and increase its property value. A complete makeover was performed to bring this one back to life, including bathrooms, kitchen countertops, basement renovations, painting, flooring and lighting. The owners were very satisfied about the condition of their childhood home and were happy to see it sold to a new owner and his family.

Germantown Townhouse

A busy public servant and his family needed to get their townhouse in Germantown ready to sell so they could move closer to DC for work. We worked within budget to do a cosmetic upgrade throughout all three levels and the exterior of the home. The repairs and improvements vastly changed the appearance of the house and helped it sell over the asking price. The additional  profits helped this hard working family move into a bigger home closer to the city.
